Each organisation I get to speak to, has needs which are unique to them... Therefore each conversation is bespoke, designed to impact that particular team in the areas they wish to be... But apart from that, there are topics which are of value across organisations and levels.. The TODAY GAME is one such conversation which teams have derived much value from.. Sharing a snippet of a portion of that conversation for you. How will it be, if we are clear that we can't live our tomorrow, basis what we did yesterday.. Each day is a source of agile creation, where we are in action and creating what's relevant today. We at Avid Miner, invest in conversations which allow people to acknowledge their past achievements, yet they are ready to think and act according to what's the need of the hour. Would love to hear your thoughts on the same..
