Dairy farmers threatened with feed shortages after flooding in Whatcom, Skagit counties

Dairy farmers are dealing with feed shortages after last week’s catastrophic flooding in Whatcom and Skagit counties. The Washington Dairy Federation said more than 100,000 cows are at risk of running short of feed due to the flooding.
