Bartoli's Hideout Item-Wall Bug
Not my idea, but uploaded here to demo a reasonably easy way to do it. Basically, weaken the Bat-Man, get the shotgun out and wait for him to attack you. You get pushed back, he moves close enough to the wall, you shoot him in the face. Then you can bug up to the balcony.
