This guide will show you how to solve the disc / wheel puzzle and open the large door / gate in chapter 9 of the evil within 2. Sebastian reaches a large room in the prison which has a large gate. There are 4 discs on the floor which can be rotated using 4 wheels. To open the door, Sebastian has to rotate the discs to make a particular design / pattern.
