June 6th, 2008 While Europe celebrated the 64th anniversary of D-Day with apprehension, the Russian Democratic Union "Welcome" Georgia into their new empire. The Baltic States, now members of NATO, saw Russian build-ups along their borders seemingly for an invasion. The US Army 5th SFG's 1st Battalion, D-Company is deployed to conduct a special reconnaissance operation into Izborsk, Russia to collect intelligence in a castle on the Baltic Coast.
