Eric Hibler's MMA: Mook Jong - Elf War Trapping Jam

MMA Mook Jong - This close quarters trapping jam is a demonstration of various simultaneous trapping & striking combinations. I'm sectoring positions for entering, sticking, pulling, leverage angling, gunting, and disconnecting, for punching combinations with energy pressure control while striking fluidly. This wooden dummy is 40yrs old and 300lbs and capable of rocking back and forth for more of a realistic feel. It is constructed from a padded telephone pole that I utilized for heavier resistance and conditioning. The padding of my unconventional dummy enabled me to practice striking harder and more realistically during attacking and follow-up combinations.
