GTA LCS Walkthrough 100% Part 98 (Avenging Angels) "Portland"

This is the Avenging Angels mission on Portland. Since you have to complete this mission on all three islands for the full 100%. I thought I would just include all three videos seperately since every island gives you a reward. The prize for completing level 15 on Portland is a special vehicle.
