VW Beetle Transaxle Install (Swing Axle)

VW Beetle / Type 1 swing axle trans install. This transaxle is a later model, but is being installed on a 1963 VW Beetle. The axles I used were the long axle, long spline from the later Type 1 (68’ pre-IRS). With the axle setup and VW Beetle Thing drums, the rear end is about 7-7.5 inches wider.
