Larry's Castle Level 8 - Front Door Super Mario World is a launch title released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System on August 18, 1991. It is a sequel to Super Mario Bros. 3 and retains many elements from that game, such as a world map and battling Koopalings, while introducing a large variety of mechanics, such as a less linear world map. The game introduces Yoshi who has his own unique gameplay style. Super Mario World was received as one of the best selling SNES games. The game got re-released on Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World in December 1994 and it got remade on the Gameboy Advance on Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World on February 11, 2002.
