In closings at trial against Johnson & Johnson, Allison Brown, of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, tells jurors that there is no evidence linking talc use and the ovarian cancer three women developed. Instead, Brown tells jurors the claims are attorney-driven. The plaintiffs had claimed asbestos in J&J's talc caused their cancer. However, a Missouri jury cleared J&J of responsibility in the case.
