He has come out of retirement to be the technical advisor on a particular government program, preparing a new, muscular breed of more sophisticated, intelligent and agile soldier. All goes well with the program until the soldiers' supercomputer, SETH (Michael Jai White), develops a mind all its own and sets in motion a plan that includes killing Deveraux and kidnapping his daughter.
