Donald Trump Repeats India-Pakistan Ceasefire For One Last Time in 2025, Cribs In Front of Netanyahu

US President Donald Trump has once again claimed credit for stopping the India-Pakistan conflict, repeating the assertion during a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Trump said he never received due recognition for halting what he described as a potential war between two nuclear-armed neighbours. Since announcing the ceasefire on May 10, Trump has repeated this claim more than 70 times across meetings and foreign trips. India, however, has firmly rejected any third-party role, maintaining that the cessation of hostilities followed a direct military-to-military communication initiated by Pakistan’s DGMO. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has told Parliament that no world leader asked India to stop Operation Sindoor. The latest claim once again highlights the sharp contrast between Washington’s narrative and New Delhi’s position. #donaldtrump #benjaminnetanyahu #indiapakistan #operationsindoor #narendramodi #pmmodi #geopolitics #indiaus #india #toi #toibharat #bharat #trending #breakingnews #indianews —————————————————————————————————————————— TOI Bharat – Your Window to India And Its Neighbourhood TOI Bharat delivers the latest news, biggest voices, sharpest views and in-depth coverage of India’s political, social and economic landscape.
