Dulwich had begun the game as the stronger side against Lowestoft, with Jake Jessup making a couple of early saves. In the 24th minute the pressure finally resulted in a goal, as Lowestoft skipper Adam Smith gave away possession to Ibrahim Kargbo, who released Nyren Clunis in acres of space on the right wing. Clunis looked, up, rolled the ball across the six-yard box, and Ibra Sekajja was on hand to poke the ball home from close-range. Dulwich Hamlet 1-0 Lowestoft Town.
