That's why i need to show an "old-new" walkthrough time to time. This one should be my last one with RE6: i'm very satisfied for the skills reached and I think it's not worth keeping improving them, otherwise all of you would really start hating me XD Anyway, I still can play it in livestream sometimes. Now, let's talk about the specific challenges, there are many exceptions for each of them. I'm going to try to be as more detailed as I can, for further doubts you can text me. -NO HOPE: the most classic of the challenges. It's the highest difficulty (Professional without any skill equipped) -S RANK: that means 1) you have a good aim, 2) you take care of the enemies without chickening out, 3) you don't die, 4) you are fast. -NEW GAME: no additional weapons and bullets at the start. -NO DAMAGE: no health "blocks" lost (exceptions: 1) one block lost in Chris chapter 1 while Chris goes through the pipe because of the incompetence of AI Piers; it's almost impossible avoiding this loss and I refused to repeat that part for something that is not my fault; 2) one block lost in Ada chapter 4 during Carla's fight; there's no way to avoid this loss. "No Damage" is the challenge I like less. I found it totally useless and unfair for an action game, where you are supposed to face the enemies like a real man, although that means getting some hits. You are pushed to use some cheap and coward methods that don't belong to my style. In spite of that, I'll try to play like I usually do. At this point you may wonder why I chose this challenge if i don't like it... Well, after all the bull**** I received from the enemies of this game in some very unfair ways (f.e. getting hit after a cutscene or through the geometries or because the counter prompt didn't show up) I decided to punish everyone properly not allowing them to hurt me ;) This is my revenge from the artificial "intelligence". -HANDGUN ONLY: this is my original trademark, we can say I've become "famous" in this world because I was among the first people who approached these games using just a handgun to increase close range fights and melee stuff. Of course, I will be allowed to use the knife. Exceptions: grenade launcher in Chris campaign to destroy the two choppers, proximity bombs in Jake campaign to distract the Ustanak and to get all 16 medallions, arrows in Ada campaign to solve the zombie enigma and to kill all gnezdos, explosive arrows in Carla's fight. -KILL ALL: this challenge is actually impossible if you plan to get a S rank, because in some areas the enemies keep spawning for a very long time. We can say that the proper challenge could be "kill as more enemies as you can in the allowed time", then i won't care if I leave some enemies alive or if I forget someone. Speaking of which, I want to apologize because I totally forgot to kill the zombies wave beyond the gate in the campus in Leon chapter 1; probably the reason is I was completely focused on the ambush fight before leaving the campus and my brain froze. Something similar happened again in Leon chapter 1 after the first encounter with the shrieker: I forgot some static zombies because i was taken in killing him. I realized i had skipped these enemies during the editing after i had already finished the whole campaign, and it wasn't worth repeating the whole run because of a few static zombies who nobody cares about. Furthermore, 1) I will not be supposed to kill the enemies in Chris chapter 2 in the bridge area that belong to Piers's side, 2) I will not be supposed to kill the enemies in Jake chapter 1 during the ambush before the Ustanak encounter because i have no enough ammo in a fresh new game and AI Sherry doesn't cooperate. One more thing: obviously I edited out from these videos many mistakes that i made during the game, and sometimes I had to restart from the checkpoint like in the second chopper fight in Chris campaign (that fight is extremely irritating and unfair because you get hits without being hit). Hopefully I've been helpful. Sit down and enjoy the game :)
