Shoutout to Kyle7565 for letting me know. =) The Indra is a full-auto sniper rifle that does poor damage per shot but good damage over time; it's essentially a heavy assault rifle that takes sniper mods. It really benefits from headshots so use time dilation or freeze the enemy in place with Cryo Blast or Stasis.
