Here's an easy, healthy delicious garlic stir fried watercress recipe. INGREDIENTS 2 bunches | 28oz | 800g Watercress 6-8 cloves Garlic minced 2 tbsp | 30mL Olive oil 2 tbsp | 30mL Cooking wine (preferably Chinese brand ie. Shaoxing 1/2 tsp | 2 g Sugar 1 tsp | 5mL Sesame Oil 2 tbsp | 36g Oyster Sauce (preferably Lee Kum Kee brand) Salt to taste STEPS: 1. Be sure to wash your vegetables thoroughly 2. Stir fry garlic minced or thinly sliced in olive oil on medium high heat. Fry for short period of time and try not to burn or toast the garlic. Lightly saute ~1-2 min. 3. Add the watercress and stir a few times to coat in oil and garlic 4. Add the Cooking wine, sugar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce 5.
