Protests in Charlotte enter third night, police show video of the shooting

A state of emergency has continued into its third day in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lamont Keith Scott was shot to death on Tuesday by police while they were searching for another suspect. Police have resisted pressure to publicly release the video, choosing to instead only show it to the victim's family. However, the family said they still "have more questions than answers."
