Ticket for Loud Exhaust/Loud is subjective!

August 6th, 2022 - Santa Ana, Ca. Orange🍊County Incident: Traffic Stop; Loud Exhaust Agency: Santa Ana Police Department; Traffic Division Details: Not much to it, I was out following the traffic division of the S.A.P.D. when they pulled this car over. I then notified the driving Officer that there was an Officer at a park who has not moved for about 2 hours. I was not allowed on the park, as it was after 10p.m., meaning it was closed.
