Facelift is the surgery for the old people, usually the wrinkling and sagging of the face skin happens in the 5th, 6th and 7th decade and as long as a person is healthy and don't have many comorbid conditions there is no age limit to do this kind of surgery. Liposuction is usually done in the middle age or the younger age group of people who are obese, usually this kind of surgery is not recommended in 6th, 7th decade where the comorbid conditions are higher and also the complication rates or higher.
