Puppeteers - The Recruiter - Finale - Year 5 Season 2

We've located The Recruiter, who is based at Camp White Oak where the Black Tusk have been reconstructing the site to serve their needs. As we go through, we notice intermittent drops in signal from the Mobile SHD Server; adding a unique dynamic to the gameplay as we lose our HUD when it is offline. This was a tough fight for me, where I did die many, many, many times until I finally "cheated" and used the Scorpio Exotic Shotgun to stun the Recruiter. Plus, I left at least 1 enemy alive to stop more spawning in. Despite this being the end of The Recruiter, we still have many unanswered questions as to Black Tusk's objectives, who else could be working for Calvin McManus or what is up with Agent Kelso?
