Meredith/Derek Porcelain Heart

I've changed a few things in the beginning, so it's not exactly the same beginning as it is in the preview. Hope u still like it though. :) Story: (Meredith's POV) It's about how fragile Meredith is and how Derek tries to make her a little less fragile, he doesn't want to break up with her but he needs a change from their relationship.
