Besigye blocked from exiting his home again

Police in Wakiso have blocked the former FDC presidential candidate, Kizza Besigye, from leaving his home citing security concerns. The opposition politician was scheduled to attend a court session to answer charges of disobeying lawful orders. The blockade comes a day after Besigye beat security and attended prayers in Namutumba district.
