Low Carb Sausage Gravy, Gluten Free, Paleo Friendly

Sausage gravy (There is a link to buy xanthan gum at the bottom of the description) 1 pound pork sausage (hot if you prefer) 1 cup of heavy cream 1 cup water 1 tsp xanthan gum Salt and pepper to taste Brown the sausage over medium heat. When the sausage is completely cooked, add the cream and water. Once it comes to a boil, add xanthum gum (add no more than 1 tsp). Whisk for 5-10 minutes until desired consistency. Thin with water if it thickens too much. Pour over almond flour biscuits for a wonderful low carb breakfast. So good!!
