What to Expect 🔍 After defeating Pale-Axe Stalwart at the beginning of Chapter 5, he'll give you a quest to hunt down the five Element Carts. Your task is to find and defeat all 5 element cart bosses. If you succesfully complete the quest, Pale-Axe Stalwart will grant you access to the Bishui Cave, the secret Chapter 5 area. The Brown-Iron Cart can be found just up the hill from where you fought the Pale-Axe Stalwart, a few steps before the "Camp Of Seasons" Shrine. The Gray-Bronze Cart is just head through the doors next to the Father Of Stones boss fight. The location of the Crimson-Silver Cart is again slap bang on the story path, so you can't miss it. Take the left-hand path from the Keeper Of Flaming Mountains arena and after the next archway you'll be attacked from afar by the Crimson-Silver Cart up on the clifftop to your right. After defeating the first 3 carts, you need to speak to Ma Tianba, found inside the broken down cart in Furnace Valley, at the "Valley Entrance" Shrine. The final cart, the Rusty-Gold Cart is found guarding the iced over archway near the "Cooling Slope" Shrine, and will only spawn if you've completed all the previous steps and dialogue options. After defeating the Rusty-Gold Cart, you can speak again to the - now-dying - Pale-Axe Stalwart, to reveal the entrance to the Chapter 5's secret area, and after defeating Baw-Lang-Lang, the secret area's first boss, you'll get a cutscene that transports you to the Bishui Cave.
