Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup. Make this for a chilly day

One of my families favorite foods is definitely soup, and i am always happy to make some every chance i get. In the central part of Mexico, chicken tortilla soup is very popular. That is especially true when served with recently fried tortilla strips. Made with chile guajillo & shredded chicken,this mexican chicken tortilla soup is one of the best tasting soups. Hope you love it too This feeds about 4 to 5 people Ingredients: (for chicken) 1 1/2 pieces chicken breast Chicken knorr Salt Piece of onion 2 garlic cloves 2 bay leaves For sauce: 1 chile cascabel 3 chile guajillo 1 chile california 4 roma tomatoes cut in half Blend with: Piece of onion 2 garlic cloves Salt Chicken knorr Juice from cooking chicken & chiles 1 cup water 1 can sweet corn 1 can pinto beans or fresh can be used Serve with: Tortilla strips Shredded cheese Sliced avocado Lime slices #chickentortillasoup #mexicanchickentortillasoup #tortillasoup #chickentortillasouprecipe 💞Thank you for watching!
