A Federal High Court in Benin City has affirmed Murphy Imasuen as the authentic candidate of the Labour Party for Orhionmwon and Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency in the February twenty-fifth National Assembly Election. The judgment followed the substitution of the claimant's name in the list of Labour Party Candidates for the 2023 general elections sent to INEC, with that of a former Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Elizabeth Ativie.
