Judge dismisses indictment against Michael Johnson in Phylicia Barnes murder case

A judge has dismissed an indictment against Michael Johnson, who was charged in the 2010 death of Phylicia Barnes. Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby released the following statement after the decision to uphold Johnson’s acquittal.
