In today’s episode of the super-cheap turbo Civic, we try something absolutely ridiculous… Can you actually make intercooler/charge piping using ONLY JB Weld and no real welder? 😅 We mock it up, prep the pipes, glob on way too much JB Weld, and pray it holds boost. Then we take the Honda out and send a whole bunch of 20+ PSI pulls to see if this budget “welding” job survives or explodes off the car 😂 This Civic has always been about doing everything the cheapest, most DIY way possible, so we had to see if JB Weld could handle boost on a turbo Honda. Did it hold? Did it blow apart?
