Labor Day 2020 - Family Hike to Baker Lake | Sun Valley, Idaho

Ben's brothers were passing through town on their way to Washington so we decided to take them up to an Alpine lake. We had never been to Baker Lake despite it being a close and easy hike. Definitely recommend this for a family hike, if you have small kids or bigger kids it's great for everyone. If you feel so inclined, and you have no kids, you could push on past the lake and hit some of the peaks nearby. It's mostly open country with most of the forests having been burnt in past wildfires, but it's still beautiful nonetheless.
