INGREDIENTS 1 Bottle Magnum Tonic Wine 1 Can Condensed Milk 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Cup Heavy Cream Direction 1. Whip Heavy Cream for 3mins until it gets to soft peak. 2.
