Julia Louis-Dreyfus Family: Daughter of Billionaire

In 1961 a famous American actress and comedic performer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, widely known by the roles in such key movies as Seinfeld, Veep and The New Adventures of Old Christine was born. She became famous after appearing on the Saturday Night Live in the beginning of 1980s. In 1989, Julia had been acting in Seinfeld for the whole 10 seasons. This role brought her Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Awards. In 2010, Louis-Dreyfus was honored with a star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame for the contribution in development of the TV broadcast. Nowadays, she is busy playing the major role in Veep for which she has already received five Emmy Awards. Julia’s father, Gerard had always been a wealthy man. His father ran the Louis-Dreyfus Group and one day, Gerard inherited it all. It is a multi-million dollar company that deals with shipping, energy, communications and manufacturing. He had been married to Julia’s mother, Judith for three years only, from 1959 till 1962 after which he remarried to Phyllis. He passed away in 2016 and the daughter dedicated her 2016 Emmy to him. The mother, Judith is an author and a special needs teacher by profession. After the divorce with Gerard, she remarried to Thompson Bowles. The comedy star doesn’t have blood siblings but has several half-siblings. From mother’s second marriage, there is a half-sister, Lauren. Like Julia, she is also into the moviemaking business, being an actress. Both half-sisters even acted together in True Blood. Lauren has been married to an actor Patrick Fischler since 2005 and they are raising a daughter. From father’s second marriage, there are two half-sisters and one half-brother. The first one is Phoebe, who is a social worker by profession. She is married and a proud mother to two children. The second half-sister is Emma, who is also a social worker like Phoebe. Unfortunately, we don’t know anything else about her life, since it is very private. Finally, Raphael is the only male and half-brother to a celebrity. Nothing much is known about his life, except that he is a son of a billionaire. The famous actress herself, walked down the aisle only once in her life, with an actor and comedian Brad Hall in 1987. The chemistry sparked between the two while Julia was a student and soon after they started dating. The couple has been happily married till present time, being not only one the best Hollywood couples but also wonderful parents to their two sons. They first became parents in 1992, when Henry was delivered. He is a guitarist and a singer in a band Grand Cousin. Henry debuted in 2016 but is still not internationally well-known. Five years later, the family has welcomed the second son Charlie. Due to his almost 2 meters height, he is a great NCAA basketball player. Both parents are very proud of such an athletic son and never miss any of his games. Charlie also inherited his mother’s charisma. So, maybe that’s what helps him win most of the times.
