Russia-Ukraine peace talks: Both sides agree to keep talking | Ukraine applies for E.U. membership

High-level talks between Kyiv & Moscow on the Ukraine-Belarus border ended inconclusively. The talks lasted for about 5 hours and ended with no consensus except to keep the negotiations going. While the outcome of the talks wasn't disclosed, a follow-on round will take place in the coming days.
