There's a little notch on one edge. This means it should go at the bottom. This marks the centerpoint. Always be sure to clean properly because a lot of dirt and oil can build up behind the door handles. A good idea is to prop them open, you can use a pen, a stick, or in this case, an electrical clip that slides easily in the gap. With door handles propped open, now it's time to clean it, spray thoroughly and then come in with a highly absorbent microfiber towel. Be sure to clean deep inside the cup as well as around the door handle cup area so no sneaky dirt gets behind the film during the install. Always be sure to take your cut pieces and make sure they match. You have two for the driver side and two for the passenger side in this case. And once you get it set up for the front doors and the back doors, now it's time for install: using Rapid Tac from Rvinyl, spray inside the cup. Carefully remove the liner, then spray the exposed adhesive right away, making sure you get thorough coverage with the rapid check carefully pick up the piece and try to avoid putting the fingers directly on the adhesive. Make sure that little notch is facing down. And now it's all about alignment. Make sure that the top and bottom edge of the precut piece is lining up with the body line in the door cup. Then once it's in place, run your finger from side to side to make sure that the repetition is evenly spread underneath the piece of PPF. Then take a squeegee that's flexible, lock in the bottom, then work towards the top. Make sure to thoroughly press the moisture out, and if there's a little bubble right there, it can be pressed out with a finger as well. Double squeegee, just to make sure everything's down nice and tight. And then when everything is good, make sure you spray it one more time with the Rapid Tac, then double squeegee. This will really lock it in place and you're good to go. So this is the basic technique and once you master it, all the other pieces will go in exactly the same. So here we're speeding up. You can see how easy the workflow is. Once you have the right setup: Spray. Set. Lineup. Make sure everything's evenly spread. Squeegee everything down. Lock everything in place. Double squeegee, so it's thoroughly locked on and you're good to go. And a good tip is to come in right away with a microfiber towel and absorb any moisture so it doesn't slide back underneath the film and cause it to lift on the edge. And then once the area is dry, remove the prop that was holding up the door handle. If you do it properly, it'll simply disappear and you won't even notice that is on. But what you will notice is that extra durability is all thanks to that precut kit from Rvinyl. #Rvinyl #PPF #PaintProtectionKit
