Should be able to do this with all the sub bosses at Tier 5, except JL Cyborg because he disables Sp2. I allocated HBHQ to Joker and to JL Flash. The spare pips are generally allocated for JL Cyborg, and Deathstroke to Knightmare Batman. Be cautious to block their attacks. Bosses at this stage are really painful. I am generally a FREE TO PLAY player, so I don't own powerful artifacts like beta club, sword of sin & salvation. I work with whatever that is given free.
