A "Dramatic Finish" T.O.D That Doesn't Actually Dramatic Finish....

I honestly thought that this ToD/100% Combo would Dramatic Finish in an actual match....BTW I added the Dramatic Finish cutscene after the combo just because this was the closest I've been to a DF ToD and just cuz it looks sick.
