Wildlife Rescue Unit - Young Elephants

Journalist Aaron ‘Bertie’ Gekoski and Scubazoo team up with the Malaysian state of Sabah’s 'Wildlife Rescue Unit' (WRU) to tell their story and see the positive work they are doing to protect Sabah's precious wildlife. In this episode Bertie joins the WRU as they relocate a young Bornean elephant from a palm oil plantations on the outskirts of Lahad Datu town, back to the protected rainforest at Tabin Wildlife Reserve, far from human development. Bertie then meets orphaned baby elephants at Sepilok Wildlife Medical Care Center.
