Okay, so here's the deal: Jigglypuff's Dash Attack has the potential to Jab-Lock at fairly early percents (I'd say around the upper 30's is the threshold). This has been a concept known by a few Puff players, though is completely under-explored. This is for a few reasons. The main ones being no one plays Puff (lol), and it requires a missed Tech. Perhaps more significant though is the fact that almost none of Jigglypuff's attacks send your opponent into Tumble Animation at early enough percents for the Jab-Lock to still work. Even Back-Air most likely won't do the trick. So what's different here? Well, it turns out that Get-Up Attack will ALWAYS send your opponent into Tumble, allowing you to follow up (very quickly) with a Dash Attack for the Lock. Knowing this, I labbed out some potential things we can do with this knowledge at the earliest of percents. These stings have holes; for sure. The Get-Up Attack to start is already impractical enough. But as the title suggests, this is just a 'Proof of Concept', and an attempt to get the information about Puff's Jab-Lock out there.
