Recipe is below #keto #ketovore #carnivore #vsg #bariatric #weightloss #caloriecounting #mealprep #beef #butter #bacon #eggs #animalbaseddiet Brisket Recipe Ingredients 1 large Brisket 1 can beef broth 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1/4c worcestershire sauce Mustard Butter Seasoning of choice Gloves Injector Roasting Pan Aluminum Foil or Butchers Paper Directions 1. Preheat oven to 275°. On a clean surface take Brisket and pat dry with paper towel. 2. Place brisket in pan and with clean hands or a grove rub mustard over the brisket until fully covered. 3. Season heavily with your favorite seasonings. We did salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. 4. Take a small bowl and add 1 can of beef broth, 1tbsp liquid smoke and 1/4c worcestershire sauce. 5. Load an injector with the broth and inject the brisket heavily. 6. Cover pan with foil and place in oven for 2 hours at 275° 7. After 2 hours remove from oven and collect the juices rendered. Wrap brisket in foil. Before closing add 1 cup of rendered juice and a few tbsp of butter. 8. Place back in pan and place back into oven for 2 more hours at 275°. 9. Now turn the oven temperature up to 325° and let the brisket cook for 1 to 1.5hrs more. 10. Remove from oven, let rest, slice, serve and enjoy.
