Weekend Rush FM | DJ Red Ant & MC Fearless | Old Skool Jungle Set 1994

Artwork by Take Me Back Pirate Radio Archives. DJ Red Ant and MC Fearless did many shows together on Weekend Rush FM. This particular show was epic. A year earlier, in 1993, DJ Red Ant & Dica with MC Fearless released at a track on vinyl entitled, "Weekend Rush Part 3" on Boogie Beat Records. Red Ant went on to make a few tracks on that label along with Hi-Pois'n Recordings. Fearless would be go down in the Jungle hall of fame and his residency with his sparring partner MC GQ at epic rave night AWOL @The Paradise Club, from 1992 onwards had generated strong fanbase in the years that followed. After his Weekend Rush went off air in late 1995 MC Fearless remained a free agent making appearance on BBC Radio One's -One In The Jungle, with DJ Darren Jay (also of AWOL), in the late 90s. He also maintained good ties with Kool FM 94.5 and featured on that station many times over the late 90s and 2000s. MC Fearless was practically booked by many events and featured on the lineups to the Jungle scene's most prestigious raves: World Dance, One Nation, Dreamscape, Accelerated Culture, United Dance, Telepathy, The Best Of British, Pure Science, Helter Skelter, Slammin Vinyl, Thunder & Joy, Warning, Heat, Jungle Fever and many other legendary nights.
