Scientific ways to build bigger Quads based on studies

We all know that squatting can help build bigger quads. But is that all to getting big quads? Introducing the second of my body part-focused series - quads! Here we will focus on each body part with the specific movements, forms and studies to show the best way to grow them! We all fear the leg day - it can be brutal and challenging, mainly because they are one of the largest muscle groups in the body. Not forgetting that they are far away from the heart, which means your heart has to do more work to pump blood there. As the name suggests, quads are made up for 4 major muscles, and all 4 should be targeted in every leg workout for maximum growth. This will help fill your jeans and shorts with a more muscled look, as well as giving a more V-shaped taper we all want. However, many struggle to target them, as the glutes and hamstrings can help take away some of the load from the quads. Make sure you check out this post to see some of the adjustments you can make to better target the quads! ❤️Double tap if you found this helpful! 📮Do share it with someone who needs to see this! 📩Don't forget to save this for future references! 👇Which of these adjustments do you need to make?
