SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A 24-year-old Ohio man is in jail after being accused of giving a teenage girl alcohol and having sexual contact with her. Deputies from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office say the story of how Scott Kravetsky met a 13-year-old girl started five months ago on the Internet. "Earlier today I picked up a girl, things were moving real quick she came out of the bathroom crying and cutting herself and she told me she was a minor and I’m bleep 24 I’m bleep freaking out," said Kravetsky in his first 911 call. He made two 911 calls from his Sycamore Township apartment earlier today. "We did some stuff and afterwards she said -- sexualized. Afterwards she told me she was a minor. Afterwards," said Kravetsky. Investigators say Kravetsky's in jail for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and sexual battery. Court documents state Kravetsky drove from his apartment to Middletown, picked up the underage girl, drove her back to his apartment and gave her alcohol. "So, you're waiting outside?" said the operator. "Yeah, I don't want to go back in there right now," said Kravetsky. Kravetsky expressed multiple times to both 911 operators he didn't know the girl was a minor. He stayed on the phone with the second operator until deputies arrived. "I don't even want to talk to her she’s... My life is ruined man," said Kravetsky. Investigators say he later confessed to meeting the minor in a chat room website called Omegle five months prior. He also admitted to communicating through the social media app Snapchat. Brandon Culp lives in the townhome next to Kravetsky. He didn’t realize anything happened early Saturday morning. "It’s kind of creepy to know someone out here is doing something like that," said Culp. Culp has lived in his building for more than a year. He believes the Sumerset Townhomes are filled with families and young couples. "Honestly, I think this is a pretty secure, pretty safe spot, so I’m surprised it happened right here," said Culp. In the 911 phone calls, Kravetsky says he wasn’t under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Investigators believe Kravetsky has committed similar crimes before this one. He will be in court Monday morning. Anyone with information about Kravetsky’s past behavior is asked to call Crimestoppers at 513-352- 3040.
