So, with that said, if you never put yourself in situations where you are forced to grow, then you will never change and sure, those situations can be scary and anxiety-inducing. . But you know what? Would you rather stay the same weak-minded, no self-esteem, no confidence, type of person? I sure wouldn't. . And so in order for us to become better, we have to face the challenges that are uncomfortable, that are scary, the things that give us anxiety because at the end of the end.
