This the pre-order bonus for Batman Arkham Knight. It can be found in the Main Menu of the game under 'Arkham Episodes' after installation. Harley Quinn only has a few gadgets: Laughing Gas, Jack-in-a-Box (exploding bomb lure), and some straps. She carries a bat for a weapon, and doesn't sneak around but instead has Mayhem mode.
