Overall it will perform almost the same as it did in previous leagues. New changes as of 3.19: -Spell suppression was nerfed on gear but buffed on the tree. Overall this should be a pretty neutral change. -More notably every build in the game lost access to the 15% increased mana reservation mastery. This will make cramming as many auras into the build tougher but far from impossible! -To combat this I've added more stages of progression for our auras to follow. -Initially you will need nothing to run the auras. -During mid-optimized progression you will need a flexible combination of: A decently leveled Enlighten support. Increased mana reservation Efficiency on your helmet. -A small mana reservation efficiency cluster jewel that features Uncompromising or Volatile Presence. -One of these jewels has been added to the later stages of skill tree optimization. -Additionally I've made various improvements to the gearsets, skill trees and skill gems. Adding more alternatives and points of progression. New changes as of 3.18: -Added Crystallized Omniscience to the Uber Endgame Gearset. An absurdly strong amulet but you'll need some fairly optimized gear to take advantage of it. As you'll need lots of attributes and much more flat accuracy rating than before. -Swapped out the Dexterity Mastery for Precision Reservation in high end skill trees. When running Crystallized Omniscience you will want to level Precision higher and take this mastery. -Fully leveled Assassin's Mark. -The new Eldritch Implicits can be used extremely well on our gloves to completely circumvent the need for Hunter Influence.
