Check out the Ski Patrol at Aspen Highlands setting off controlled slides using avy bombs. This was shot on Sunday Jan 22nd after we got 14 inches of snow. At around :15 you see the patroller throw the dynamite. It doesn't go off til 2:15. It was intense! They set off about 5 when we were there watching, and this one was the closest to us. You can see everyone trying to cover their ears. The patrol is yelling Fire in the Hole and cover your ears!
