Using the yellow (or extra light) spring in every exercise to increase intensity! We will do our main flow on ONLY the yellow (extra light) spring. We'll work slowly but efficiently to maintain control of the reformer and engage the full body. Single yellow spring work is advanced and requires serious understanding of core engagement and body alignment. If you don't "feel" the work, you're likely missing connection to your core.
