Full workout down here👇 (Don’t forget to save) 👉 This EMOM is a fantastic workout to build muscle and gain strength, after 40 minutes you will feel like you’ve finished a 2 hour gym session, oh and the pump is crazy, especially shoulders, lats and hamstrings. 👉 Level: All levels, suited for beginners, great strength workout for advanced. 👉 40 Minute EMOM (Each Minute On The Minute): *Perform a set number of reps each minute and rest until the end of the minute Minute 1 - 8 Goblet Thrusters Minute 2 - 8 Shoulder Press (left) Minute 3 - 10 Swing Pull (left) Minute 4 - 12 Single Leg Deadlift (left arm) Minute 5 - 12 Goblet Squats Minute 6 - 8 Shoulder Press (right) Minute 7 - 10 Swing Pull (right) Minute 8 - 12 Single Leg Deadlift (right arm) 👉 Equipment and Weight: I’m using 24kg/52lbs but you should pick a weight you can shoulder press 8-10 times on each side.
