Steelhead - The Fish of a Thousand Casts - British Columbia

Often referred to as "The Fish of a Thousand Casts" due to the elusive nature of the species, here's a short video shot in beautiful British Columbia on a very cold morning on the Bell Irving River. My perseverance was ultimately rewarded with this stunning 8lb hen that was safely returned to the river. A joy to encounter such a spectacular creature.
