The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is asking for help to identify a shooting victim found dead in a church parking lot Monday. Authorities believe the victim is a teenager. When they arrived, they found a victim suffering from apparent gunshot trauma, according to Jackson County Sheriff Darryl Forte. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
