U" on the Nintendo Wii U and is considered Nintendo's first official major DLC. In this expansion, Luigi takes center stage with his special abilities, such as his higher, but more energetic jump, and his precarious slide while running. Although Luigi travels the same map as Mario in the main game, the levels have all been changed, are more difficult, and have a 100-second time limit. The Star Coins and Secret Exits are also now in different locations. Luigi is faced with a significantly more challenging mission, which is, of course, included in the "New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe" Nintendo Switch port. "New Super Mario Bros. U" originally appeared as a launch title for the Nintendo Wii U console on November 30, 2012. On January 11, 2019, the game made its way to the Nintendo Switch in a deluxe version. "New Super Mario Bros.
